Join our Quality Assurance dynamic and international team in Luxembourg as a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (for EMEA & APAC regions).


  • Reporting to the Group Head of Quality Assurance ( GHQA ), assume responsibility for QA initiatives in EMEA & APAC
  • Work closely with the GHQA to develop and implement QA processes covering the full spectrum of the organization’s business in EMEA & APAC
  • Manage and lead a team of quality assurance associates taking the overall responsibility of the quality and timeliness of the QA processes
  • Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Draft content and conduct training events as needed to ensure members on the team and other business units are educated on applicable policies and procedures
  • Systematically monitor and evaluate various aspects of management or service to ensure the standards of quality are met
  • Report areas of improvements and deficiencies based upon data collected from QA processes
  • Review and help prepare reports on key risks, findings, business insight, recommendations and follow-up on outstanding issues
  • Assume responsibility for coordination of the SSAE3402 Audit, maintenance of data room, liaise with external auditors and business unit partners
  • Monitor Action Plans for Internal Audit and assist where possible with completion of open items
  • Drive change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team(s) and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA is a plus
  • A minumum of 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Strong knowledge of the various business functions and contractual obligations
  • Background or experience with Audit or Compliance a plus
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to develop and motivate employees as a coach and mentor
  • Adept at leading through change, maintaining a focus on minimizing risk
  • Self-motivated workstyle and ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team environment, consulting with team members and management as needed
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills influencing and building trust, navigating complexity with confidence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Drive, monitor and maintain a culture of compliance and risk control
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop innovative ideas and creative solutions
  • Ability to travel for business reasons
