Responsibilities Mission : As a member of the central PMO team, you ensure that the bank’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (Clarity™) is up to date.
You provide timely, accurate, qualitative information on the Bank’s Project Portfolio status and Delivery capacity planning to support informed managerial decision making at operational, tactical and strategic levels.
Principal activities & Responsibilities : Pro-actively work with key stakeholders and project / program and portfolio managers to ensure that the bank’s tool is fed with accurate and timely information allowing for effective and efficient monitoring and reporting on resource capacity, performance (schedule and scope) and financial KPIs.
Work with IT managers to support IT budget definition, monitoring and reporting for all activity (run / change) Work with Business managers to structure their unit’s workload and to ensure that proper time tracking on all of their activity (run / change) is in place.
Keep the bank’s PPM tool (Clarity™) up to date with current and accurate data : Ensure 1st level end-user training and support On-
board resources and maintain resources profiles, forecasts and staffing plans Ensure time recording is adhered to by project / programme resources and follow up on missing time sheets Produce reports Collect Clarity end-
user’s functional needs for tool enhancement Continuously improve the Bank PMO process and deliverables by extending best practices and propose enhancements Must Have Requirements You have : A Master Degree.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in French (must) and English, verbally and written).
Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills.
Hands-on experience with Clarity™ a plus.
You are : Strong focus on customer service and delivery. Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English and French, any other language constituting an advantage.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS SharePoint proficient.
