The HR Department aims to building-up a learning & development strategy programs and tools for UL staff members going forward.
To strengthen this new initiate we are looking for a new colleague :
HR Specialist in Learning & Development (m / f / d)
Contribute to develop a learning & development strategy, plan and policy as well as implement, operate and accompany learning and development content and initiatives linked to other UL HR instruments
Identify and analyze learning and development needs of UL staff members and translate them into appropriate HR programs and actions by acting as a partner of stakeholders
Contribute to benchmark and best practice analysis; keep up to date with developments in learning & development approaches, methodologies and tools
Co-)develop project proposals, including deadlines and planning, by ensuring realization of projects in learning and development
Develop and strengthen the communication of learning and development initiatives, act as point of contact and advise internal stakeholder
Contribute to identify and establish collaborations with potential providers and external experts in collaboration with the Competence Centre
Design and Deliver a range of individual training, coaching and monitoring techniques to suit differing needs and areas
Analyze and process training & development initiative evaluations
Take care of reports and statistics serving to assess and to keep the overview of training or development initiatives;
introduce and coordinate the follow-up on learning & development plans
Contribute to identify and implement learning & development tools and systems embedded in the HR ERP solution
Build-up a knowledge base of learning development materials and training records ensuring they are constantly updated
Ensure execution and operational actions supporting the implementation of HR learning and development initiatives (including budget)
Minimum 5 years experience in a Human Resources professional role and 3 years in learning & development
Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, people development and learning or a related discipline
Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes and practices in learning and development initiatives
Diplomacy and excellent communications skills within a very diverse environment, towards internal and external stakeholder
Team player with a mature personality and ability to motivate others
Proven analytical skills translating needs into concrete Initiatives
Very good understanding and overview about HR Instruments and interface to
Solution oriented attitude, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals;
Experience from an international environment is considered as an asset
Ability to cope with a varied number of different projects and topics related to HR
Excellent knowledge in English and French; German and / or Luxembourgish would be an advantage
Permanent contract, 40 h / week
