JOB DESCRIPTION
DuPont’s Water and Protection (W&P) Business in Luxembourg is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join its IT Team.
As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will work on projects of varying sizes and complexity, from small, on site projects, all the way to being part of global, companywide projects.
Some projects will be hands-on software development, while others will focus on implementing of the shelf’ solutions to fit the business need.
Additionally, your task will also have a focus on run and maintain type activities, either solving the issues yourself, or escalating matters to global service providers and work with them on issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Project implementation / management in a wide spectrum, from small, one person projects, to being part of larger team projects (Software development, implementation of external software, life cycle management projects, )
Local first contact for IT requests for operations and business
Resolve tickets or assist offshore teams with issue resolution
Issue escalation to global support teams
Assist as consultant on non-IT business projects
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT
Proficiency in English (German, French and Luxembourgish are considered a bonus)
Willingness to self-improve in your fields, or branch into others
Project management skills
Some level of understanding of Cyber Security
Experience in the following would be considered an asset :
Software development experience (approach, methodology) and languages : Java, C#, LabVIEW, Python, aspx
Network experience
Experience with IT hardware (computers, servers, network switches, )
Experience in manufacturing or quality systems
Document management system experience
Experience with MS office 365 software suite (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, )
Experience with Database engines and query language
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS
