The EU Expansion team is focused on breaking down barriers to allow customers from all across Europe to have a great CX on Amazon.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative product leader to work in a fast-paced, international environment and drive projects that improve the shopping experience for our European customers.
In this high-impact role you will have end-to-end responsibility for growth initiatives and work closely with our international Tech, Retail and 3P partner teams.
Successful candidates are customer-obsessed with a high-level of ownership, effective communicators and able to unlock opportunity through an innovate approach based on data and customer input.
A strong business acumen combined with the ability to influence others without authority and to execute with the highest standards will be key in this role.
The position can be based in Luxembourg, or Berlin / Munich, Germany.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives in close collaboration with Business and Tech partner teams.
Analyze shopping behaviors and customer needs and use them to create business opportunities.
Innovate on behalf of our customers : Create new product or growth initiatives, secure investment prioritization, influence roadmaps and successfully manage product and feature launches.
Explore ways to scale the scope of initiatives across Europe or even globally.
About the team
This role will be part of the EU Exports Team which operates in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with many ambiguous challenges and a strong Day 1 culture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of working experience in Product or Business Management, Consulting or related field.
University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders across organizations, and drive customer experience improvements together with tech teams.
Strong data analysis skills; the ability to run and synthesize data in order to make on-point business decisions.
Attention to detail, relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Fluent in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA.
Past experience with digital technologies or e-commerce.
Working experience in an international environment with cross-functional teams.
