Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
  • Our HR Consulting practice is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

    Our team of experts offers a broad spectrum of professional services for seamless delivery of multi-disciplinary services and solutions, such as Talent Management, Strategy, HR Information Systems, Assessment & Coaching, Corporate transformation.

    On the transformation stream, change is our main focus.

    Your responsibilities :

  • Manage and integrate change management activities into project plans linked to transformation and drive change initiatives with the support of other teams (communication, HR, IT, etc.);
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify stakeholders;
  • Implement remedial actions;
  • Develop and manage the communication strategy;
  • Define change plan, support the design of change materials and lead change sessions;
  • Establish and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, leading to opportunities for project extensions, cross-

  • selling, and referrals to new prospects;
  • Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and manage client expectations;
  • Contribute to the technical and behavioural development of team members by delivering on the job coaching and training.

    Your Profile :

    You hold a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Change management ideally in an HR environment :

  • You have a sound knowledge of the Luxembourg employment legislation;
  • You are recognized for your client-oriented and consulting mind-set;
  • You have a proven experience in supervising and coaching junior profiles;
  • You demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage various projects simultaneously;
  • You have an excellent command of English and French (both orally and in writing) and any other European language is considered an asset;
  • You are willing and ready to travel when required.
