LEG000464) Legal Advisor (M / F) Internship 3 to 6 months starting from July 2022 Your mission :

The mission of Legal is to manage and anticipate legal risks within the BNP Group.

In the above the Legal team works closely with the business and with the BNP Legal Community to anticipate future legal needs and to be an enabler to the business whilst at the same time managing the legal risks.

As trainee you will assist the Legal Counsels in :

Drafting and negotiating service agreements of the Bank acting as depositary bank and fund administrator

Advising on negotiations and transactions with a.o. investment funds, asset managers, prime brokers and insurance companies

Advising on complex transactions and transformations and new products and services

Doing legal research and analyses

Advising and training on legislative developments impacting the bank

Master Degree in lawschool
