Halian is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager. The SDM will be responsible for a strategic account and will develop a infrastructure service offering.
Within the account you will also be responsible for governance, resource management, quality management, and service improvement to meet and exceed a customer's expectations.

Cloud, Virtualization or Managed ServicesA proven track record of delivering and improving infrastructure servicesWorking knowledge of project management and quality assurance methods, tools, and techniquesProven record in providing resource profiles and forecasts for significant projectsStrong organisation, communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience evaluating solutions, producing written recommendations outlining benefits and drawbacksExperience in answering RFPGood understanding of generic infrastructure technology policies and standards · Good awareness of IT Architectural processes, principles and governanceOutstanding written, verbal and listening skills are requiredEnglish required;
French would be an additional asset
