For one of our clients, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader - Customer Services :
Being the deputy for the team leader and assisting him in any people management issues / stepping in in the team leader absence;
Being the first point of contact for Distributor and Shareholder services, managing very specific processes and reponding to different types of enquiries;
Information of clients accounts, trailer fees etc;
Oversight of AML / KYC queries;
Delivery and oversight of customer reporting;
Oversight of complaint handling;
Coordination and creation of daily and monthly management information statistics.
3-5 years of experience in a mid-level position within the fund industry;
Fluent in English;
Excellent communication and social skills - ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Proactive approach to internal relationships with analytical and enquiring mind;
Previous experience in supervising more junior colleagues would be an asset;
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure as a team.
