Reporting to the HR & sourcing Manager, this position will offer you the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of activities : Employee Lifecycle and Administration : Be responsible for the entire hiring process in the Benelux regionCoordinate orientation, on-
boarding and training for all new joinersManage holiday requests, absences, maternity and paternity leaveGet involved in HR paperwork issue Recruitment : Taking care of sourcing, selection and screening of permanent candidatesConduct extensive HR face to face interviews, ensuring the quality of the professionalsParticipate in the coordination of Employer Branding events in Luxembourg and BelgiumDeveloping HR planning strategies to improve the recruiting team efficiency and to support the business Other : Support the HR Manager while dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary proceduresDeveloping and implementing company policyBeing in charge for the administration of all company benefitsPrepare the payroll Profile : Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any related studies3 years minimum previous experience in an HR administrative role in Luxembourg or BelgiumExperience in face to face interviewing as well as telephone screeningFlexibility for frequent travel to Belgium, France and UK regionsGreat communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply and clearlyCan-
