Applications are invited by the Luxembourg of the Maples Group for the position of Banking and Payments Co-Ordinator who, under the supervision of a Vice President, will form part of a dedicated payment processing team and have responsibility for processing client payments to ensure they are successfully executed, resolving any issues should they arise.
The role will also involve managing the bank account opening process, centralizing all requests for new accounts, while maintain high standards to ensure all client account details are kept updated.
Strong communication skills are required for the role, as it will involve maintaining professional relationships with all client bank account providers.
He / she will also be responsible for all online banking applications for both Maples staff and clients where requested.
The role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, who will be expected to maintain a detailed weekly log of all payments processed.
He / she will be expected to carry out administrative tasks in the office, such as faxing, scanning, filing and other routine tasks.
The ideal candidate will be expected to seek training opportunities on offer in Luxembourg, stay current with banking developments across the industry and fully understand the SWIFT payments network.
He / she will be expected to assist with setting up conference calls, circulating calendar invites and taking the lead in organizing any meetings around banking and payments services.
