A very interesting internship for 12 months + within our HR department, as part of a multicultural team, acting in a dynamic and international environment
The opportunity to grow into a more specialized role as Subject Matter Expert for Recruitment (support on trainee / student recruitment day coordination and organizing / planning career starter forums)
A generalist position within Human Resources to accompany employees’ lifecycle (support on trainee / student offboarding process, handle time and attendance related issues in Interflex system, prepare sickness reports and statistics)
A role to deliver efficient and consistent process support (support with Payroll and benefits; support management with training activity, support invoice process and provide administrative support to the team)
The opportunity to participate in HR investigations and culture related projects
The accountability to be a key point of contact for general queries from employees, managers and stakeholders in the Luxembourg office

You possess a degree in Law, Human Resources or Business Administration
You are fluent in English; German and / or French would be a considerable asset
An ability to work to tight deadlines in a high velocity environment and to prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solver, being able to use good judgement. Efficient and focused on delivery and details with strong analytical skills and conceptual skills
Flexibility, dedication and a sound sense of ownership
You have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel (to run metrics and reports, including v-lookups and pivot tables) and PowerPoint, as well as PeopleSoft and other HR technologies
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities
You are a dedicated, self-motivated and trustworthy teammate with a high client focus
