Your responsibilities
Performing business analysis around regulatory and operational topics in the Alternative Investment Fund business (Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds)
Reviewing and optimising operating models
Optimising internal processes and controls
Being a professional project manager
Being in charge of the day-to-day coaching of your team members
Your profile :
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or IT.
You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a consulting firm, audit firm, service provider and / or a software provider for Alternative Investment Funds.
You have a sound knowledge of the Alternative Investment sector (operations, organization, IT).
You have a profound understanding of applicable regulatory framework and compliance issues for Alternative Investment Funds (i.
e. AIFMD, UCITS IV / V).
You have a good knowledge of one of the leading Fund Administration applications (e.g. e-Front, Investran, Equitrack, FrontInvest, MRI, Yardi).
You have strong project management skills and operational experience.
You are able to manage a team and you act as a team player.
You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Fluent English. French and / or German would be preferable with any other language being an advantage
