Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting (m / f)

As Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting, with your team of 10, you will have the key and visible responsibility to deliver proper and timely Financial information to both the local regulators CSSF / BCL and ING Group for consolidation purposes.

Your mission :

Manage a team of 10

Be part of the Finance Management Team lead by the CFO (incl. FRR, Accounting Policy, Management Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, Facility Management)

Drive the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closings in order to deliver the Finance & Regulatory reporting package for the local authorities (Lux & IFRS Gaap) and the group (IFRS Gaap).

Liaise with group reporting team on accounting and Finance & Regulatory matters

Liaise with external auditors and local authorities on all findings & questions

Improve and automate internal processes & efficiency in general

Drive strategic projects in the Department

Ensure safe control environment within Finance area, including Sox pre-requisites

Your profile : Your hard skills :

Your hard skills :

a general knowledge of the banking industry, its products and its processes

a good knowledge in bank accounting in Lux Gaap and IFRS GAAP and in Finance & Regulatory reporting package (FinRep, Corep, LCR, NSFR, monitoring metrics )

the ability to manage huge databases and to use MS Office products especially Excel & Business Object

an advanced usage of French and English

a Master degree with 2-5 years accounting, audit or risk experience
