Your role :
To accompany our clients on a wide variety of projects, from the implementation of a new digital solution to compliance and reglementation issues, we are looking for Business Analysts (M / F / X) , at our office in Luxembourg.
As part of the team, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from the upstream phases of consultant / design to the implementation of solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will have to :
Collect, define and analyse needs from various teams
Draft deliverables (specifications) and help to define business problems
Implement and monitor various projects
Organise and facilitate meetings with different teams
Simplify information to make them more understandable
Work on functional recettes and change management
Draft and make provision of various guides (procedures manual, user guide, training materials, etc.) for users.
Train and support users
Your profile :
The ideal candidate should :
Possess a master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent)
Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Have a very good level of spoken and written English and French
Be organized and rigorous, proactive, and daring.
Be able to find solutions quickly and suggest areas for improvement
Experience in the banking sector will be a plus
