They are currently willing to recruit an CRM Manager to build their local presence in the Luxembourgish market.
The successful candidate will be leading the upgrade of Saleforce.com to Lightning version, including leading the design of the tool processes, the position is located in Luxembourg.

The Role : · The CRM Manager will be the business expert for sales systems usage, process and business rules. · This role will work across regions with cross-
functional teams in Sales & Marketing, Product, Services Legal, Finance, HR, IT etc.
You will maintain relationships with key internal audiences across the group both from a business and technical perspective.
The CRM Manager will be the owner of the CRM tool (Salesforce) and will be responsible for optimizing our use of the systems functionalities both standard and customized.
This role will be based out of one of our key hub locations / offices in Europe.
Design and implement the components, user interface and processes while upgrading to Lightning.
Identify, prioritize, communicate and deliver business requirements and functionality · Manage expectations of the user community where conflicting priorities and requirements exist · Deliver or support delivery of training for new and existing users · Create and maintain training and guidance materials, including system implemented business rules.
Spend time with each team using the systems to increase own knowledge and understanding of ways of working.
Build and develop relationships across the user community to become the recognized expert in use of the systems.
Support other teams where necessary to implement and maintain larger scale developments (such as Datawharehouse).
Understand how data held in Salesforce.com is used to make strategic decisions and be able to communicate and embed this within the user community.
Build and maintain the roadmap for the systems used by sales department (particularly Saleforce.com) · Understand the system set-
up from both a technical and a functional perspective and make the link between the business and internal development team for the development / change requests · Continuously identify areas where system functionalities can be implemented to ease up or improve information quality.
Own the data and processes quality related to the sales systems and ensure they are documented · Ensure timely support is provided for the sales systems.
Your Profile : · You have strong communication, influencing and understanding skills which you can apply in a multi geographical and multi structure organization · Extensive experience in working with Salesforce.com including Lighting.
You have 3+ years of experience in managing projects to successful completion · You have 5+ years of experience in managing customer relationship, stakeholders and their expectations · Experience of leading development, coordination and delivery within a complex environment · You’re innately curious and will break down problems to find multiple solutions.
You're a team player and have worked collaboratively with other teams.
You can communicate effectively and concisely (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
You are business oriented and have a strong attention to detail.
