Within the role as Operational Administrative and Fleet Coordination Employee, you will be responsible for the administration and fleet coordination / management in the European Pharma Fleet.
Checking and booking invoice receipt of the trailer costs;
Invoicing penalties, damages and other costs to the carrier;
Coordination in the event of breakdowns or accidents Planner / PEMA / workshop
Monitoring of the service dates (A.B.C) of the cooling units and coordination with workshop / TK-Service
Operating hours analysis of our trailers, GDP-vehicle mapping appointment monitoring and coordination with Planner
Handover and return of trailers from and to the carrier
Compliance and realization of the pharma & healthcare standards of all activities in their full entity by considering the relevant GDP requirements and guidelines, customer demands and all internal regulations of the KN Lux organization;
Compliance with required customer quality standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
A least 3 years of relevant working experience;
Basic technical know-how regarding trucks and trailer equipment
Language skills : fluency in English and at least one more European language;
Strong affinity with required customer quality standards;
Professional contact to international clients, commitment and open-mindedness;
