Knowledge of ticketing tools and configuration management tools.
Highly appreciated Expertise and skills ITIL foundation certification; ServiceNow or Remedy Ticketing system.
Profile You have at least one year of professional experience in Service Desk or IT Hardware management; You are fluent in French and English.
