Internship - Customer Operations and Business Support System in Java Enterprise and Angular (m / f)
Support the development, configuration and verification of a multi-tenant COBS for our customer’s Global satellite communication platform.
Examples of required extensions include :
Customer product and service configuration and management
Pre-paid credit management and clearance with central billing integration
Voice service integration
Managed WiFi Network service integration
Video-on-demand and A / V streaming service integration
Incident and asset management integration with service-level monitoring and reporting
Offline remote service improvement
Being an advanced Bachelor or Master student in ICT or in a relevant technical area;
Strong interest in customer operations and business support systems
Working knowledge of Linux, Java Enterprise and Angular.io
Sound knowledge of IP networks and protocols
Excellent analytical and judgment skills
Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines;
Work independently as well as in a team;
Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset.
EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg.
