Main Responsibilities :
Support the Marketing Strategists in the definition of the long-term innovation strategy for the respective categories :
Analyzing and synthetizing big amount of data and studies to drive insights;
Preparing country specific deep-dives to highlight phenomena and consumer trends to contribute to the preparation of the Country Visits.
Ad hoc Projects
Support the Marketing Strategists in the activation of ad hoc research projects :
Briefing the research agencies;
Preparing and taking part to the research activities;
Systematizing and interpreting research results, in order to identify and propose considerations and actions for the development of the category strategy.
Conduct global marketplace analysis, monitoring new launches, looking for input and new trends.
Who we are looking for :
At least 3 5 years of experience in Consulting and / or Brand management;
Expertise of FMCG environment (a Strategic Marketing experience is considered as a plus);
Strong analytical and synthetical skills;
Sharp marketing mindset and consumer-driven approach, better if developed in a multi-markets and multi-cultural environment;
Genuine curiosity and lateral thinking;
Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines;
Strong communication and influencing skills;
Project management skills;
Availability to travel / relocate abroad.
Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent knowledge of Nielsen / IRI DBs;
Familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered as a plus.
Knowledge of Italian can be a plus.
