TheSenior Analyst will join the NAV Oversight Team within the Depositary bank.

She / hewill mainly assist management in ensuring the execution of a comprehensive monitoringprogram of different depositary’s duties and conducting a wide range ofadministrative activities across both Custodians and Fund Managers (includingtheir delegates).

Perform periodic controls related to depositary oversight duties related to NAV calculation and income distribution as well as monitoring capital stock process;

Monitor all exceptions that need to be escalated;

Ensure good understanding of the Clients and their specificities;

Assists in the preparation of reporting requirements for the Board of the Fund; and,

Execute / reviews administrative duties within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required

3-4 years of work experience in a depositary bank role or in a Fund accounting role is required

Good knowledge of financial instruments and of AIFMD and UCITS V Regulations.

Fluent English skills (verbally and written)

Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind-set

Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of MS Office VBA would be an asset

Process Improvement experiences / LEANskills e.g. to design / establish new detailed processes, documentation skills,e.g. procedures / manual

Ability to analyse data, understandtrends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;

Proven analytical and problem solvingskills;

Ability to identify logical andinnovative solutions to complex problems;

Self-motivated, innovative andanalytical;

Possess good understanding of datamigration, testing and reconciliations.
