Scope and Purpose
Responsible for the management of HR administration, payroll, andcompensation & benefits programs for Luxembourg and Dutch populations with the support of an HR assistant 1.
Management of HR Administration and processing
Ensure the management of employees data records and documentation (i.e. : contracts, recruitment paperwork, starter packs, etc.)
Ensure the management of all types of leave (e.g. holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering and schemes pension are completed effectively)
Monitor time management related activities in compliance with the Bank policies and the local legislation.
Management of Payroll accounting and processing In collaboration with the payroll providers, support the processing of Luxembourg and Dutch payroll, including new starters, leavers, timesheets, calculating pay, social contributions and insurances.
Provide the provision of Payroll related reporting (e.g. KPIs, internal Bank / Group and regulatory reporting) both scheduled and on request.
Provide any other Payroll, accounting or administrative related tasks. 2.Compensation & Benefits
Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
Recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids;
awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. 3.Collaborate in HR transversal projects related to the remit of responsibilities.
Bachelor Degree in accounting or HR field with at least 4 years in a similar position
Track records in HR administration and payroll management
Experience in Data analytics
Sound knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and its practical application in payroll and benefits administration (expertise in Dutch legislation could be an asset)
Familiar with the Collective Bank Agreement provisions
Payroll qualification in managing expatriate and seconded employees.
Excellent Excel skills (Access can be an asset)
Fluent French, English and Italian
Proactive with in-depth time management skills and demonstrated capacity to research continual improvement and for being efficient in essential processes (minimalistic in rules & spreadsheets)
Detail-oriented, with strong numbers and analytical capabilities
Client service oriented mindset ; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening and speaking) to address demands from internal and external stakeholders
