  • Granday is currently working with a reputable industrial company in order to recruit an Office Manager. Your missions : Welcoming of clients and visitors, manage the front desk and reception area, acting as the first point of contact for guests, visitors and vendors Meeting management : organization of day-to-day meetings as well as of committees (agenda, preparation of meeting rooms, catering for all meetings), conference calls and videoconferences;
  • assisting personal assistants with board meetings Provide support for the legal team (draft presentations, management of translations) General office and HR administration activities Develop an efficient documentation and filing system Your profile : Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position High school degree (minimum) Fluent in English, German and French Ability to treat issues with confidentiality, discretion and professionalism Up to date with advancements in office gadgets Strong organization skills, well-structured, accurate / detailed Pro-active nature, naturally helpful, efficient, and flexible Interested in this job opportunity?
