As an Associate Director Business Development, based in the Group’s Luxembourg office, the person will be responsible for further strengthen Aberdeen Standard Investment’s relationships with Wholesale and Institutional clients in Luxembourg and Belgium.
Duties / Responsibilities Promoting the heritage and capabilities of Aberdeen Standard Investment’s as a world-leading provider of investment solutions
Relationship Management and Sales activities to wholesale and institutional prospects
Manage overall relationship with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction & retention
Ensuring the integrity and culture of our firm by adhering to risk and compliance policies within the jurisdictions where you operate
Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues as we progress initiatives that make us even more relevant to our clients
Extensive travelling (BELUX)
Attend inhouse seminars to improve product knowledgeExperience and Qualification Must have a proper financial academics
Fluent in French and English, DCompanyh basic conversation and reading
3 / 5 years’ Experience in Asset Management
Proven track record in building and growing new prospect relationships
Good knowledge of the environment - competitors, regulators, industry bodies, markets, client & prospect needs for products and solutions
Understanding of best practice relationship management in a global investment management firm
Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry and the various fund structuresREQUIRED COMPETENCIES In depth knowledge of investment products to engage a diversity of clients
