Our client is an international manufacturer located in Luxembourg. We are looking for a German speaker Key Account Manager.
As Key Account Manager, you manage one key customer portfolio located in Germany. You are the main point of contact for your client and follow all the projects.
You manage the overall quality and profitability of the service.
You ensure compliance with contractual requests and analyze qualitative and quantitative indicators. You define action plans.
You work in collaboration with the Marketing and R&D. You manage a sales assistant.
You have a proven experience in sales in BtoB, ideally in managing key accounts. You are fluent in German and English. You are known for your sense of service and keep long customer relations.
You are client oriented, and able to manage projects for long term.
