  • Monitor adherence to the rules and MFS polices around travel and entertainment, gifts and event and charity support while processing expenses (travel, entertainment, Business Partner and MFS sponsored training, seminars, gifts, etc.
  • including approving and rejecting expenses for Covered Persons with respect to regulatory requirements including MFS guidelines and procedures.

  • Provide oversight, support and monitoring of sales practices, training and competence scheme including appropriateness of the products for clients and adherence to promotions rules.
  • Assisting with global distribution agreements, carrying out the processes and procedures, including performing complex analytical review of compensation arrangements with strategic alliance partners.
  • Work with the MFS Lux Funds transfer agent on reviewing revenue sharing payments.
  • Works with Global Distribution Oversight Analyst to analyze data, investigate anomalies and construct data sets and reported related to expenses.
  • Identify trends or patterns, drive insight, propose solutions, implement actions and escalate issues.

  • Business Partner Agreement - monitor quality control of quarterly board reports prepared internally.
  • Communication and identifying trends and matters of escalation with employee, management and Compliance.
  • Attends regular manager staff meetings identifying and communicating trends, training opportunities, new guidelines and regulations.
  • Communicates with qualified Distribution Employees concerning expenses and any compliance issues, corporate guidelines, etc.
  • Researches, resolves and communicates information and policies to the associate.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS :

    Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 to 6 years investment industry related experience.

    Exceptional organization skills; ability to work independently and interact as a team player with all levels of the firm.

  • Strong analytical skills, cognitive thinking of rules and regulations and attention to detail is critical, and commitment to the highest quality standards;
  • prioritize work effectively and show adaptability to changing internal priorities and internal client demands.

    Excellent written and verbal communication, proven reporting and analytical skills. Ability to work well with individuals at all organizational levels.

    Thorough knowledge of relevant PC programs; ability and willingness to learn new programs as needed
