We are currently looking for a Brand Manager who will lead and manage the innovation pipeline related to new ways of distributing and offering Nutella throughout the Food Service channel.
Special focus on development, test and implementation of new PACKS and TOOLS customized to the Out of Home consumption and considering a global scope.
The ideal candidate has about 3-5 years of experience in brand / marketing management, has project management skills and has mastered reading / interpreting an income statement.
In the role will be crucial the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with very different background (research dept, technical dept, operative mkt dept.).
The knowledge of sales channels and their logics is considered as a plus.
The position is based in Luxembourg.

Definition of the dedicated SKU FOOD SERVICE PACK PORTFOLIO Active contribution to the development of the full marketing mix
Development of PROFESSIONAL TOOLS aimed to increase the product sales and to build commercial / promo activities to empower the FOOD SERVICE LOCAL UNIT to gain penetration and distribution through the channel
Monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing
Test activities :
To lead the assessment process of the innovation pipeline
Technical and quality checks
Market test briefs
Research briefs focusing both customers and professional target
Project Managment :
To lead and integrate the different project streams, coordinating and connecting all the internal and external stakeholders
To define the project timeline, set up the milestones and check the project schedule
To produce presentations, project sheets and documentation, in order to update the top management and the periodic board about achievements
Monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions.
Create requisitions for goods and services acquired and ensure the completion of the process (SAP).
Requirements : Profile
3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing (a Degree in Marketing is considered as a plus)
Expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment
Multi markets and culture understanding
Knowledge of OOH sales channels is considered as a plus
Strong communication and influencing skills
Analytical and financial skills
Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
Availability to travel / relocate abroad
Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge of Nielsen / IRI / Euromonitor DBs
Familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered as a plus
Any other language is considered a plus
