Corporate Legal Manager - Major Private Equity Firm A highly successful Asset Manager, of a global scale, are looking to grow their small Luxembourg base to take on a new Corporate Manager for their European platforms.
Working with internal teams in mainland Europe, London, and the USA you would report to managers that have been with the company from 10-20 years which is an amazing learning experience but also giving you plenty of autonomy in the work environment.
Ideally, they would really like this manager to have international private equity experience, have worked in a trust / service provider recently and have about 7-10 years’ experience in the industry so they know you can really take on such an important role.
Otherwise good exposure in a law firm, as to prove good technical understanding. The Opportunity : Working in a small office for 2-3 people you will be responsible for : · Heading up all European function for the firm, deal activity and making an investment, recapitalisation, dividends, as well as the incorporation to the liquidation life cycle.
Holding directorship mandates for anything around 20 entities · Utilising the European platforms for the firm · Organising and completing everything needed for monthly -annual boards, signatures, power of attorney, minutes, agendas etc.
Dealing with all transactions, deals, restructuring of funds and investment, redemptions, and sorting the finances out so all sums are in the right place at the right time.

Essentials : · Have a minimum of 7 / 8 years’ experience in the corporate governance space of funds and asset management in Luxembourg.
Speak fluent English other languages are a plus · Have held a large portfolio, able to hold anything from 20 active entities autonomously.
