Generate a strong sales pipeline through a combination of inbound and outbound calls with corporate and institutional clients, partners and leads
Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients and partners
Utilise a consultative approach to identify client needs and provide client-focused solutions, working closely with partners in the client servicing, marketing, product, operations and compliance teams
Lead a team of retail client onboarding and activation specialists to convert retail leads into forex and equity trading clients
Develop sales targets and the tools to monitor progress towards these targets, implementing corrective actions when required
Run a high frequency of sales development activities including employee 1 : 1s, team meetings and training sessions, encouraging personal growth within the team
Engage with high value prospects to deliver strong sales conversions in the HNW and hyper-active trader segment
Work closely with Marketing to leverage marketing campaigns and improve performance of the conversion funnel
Work closely with Operations and Compliance to deliver efficient and fast client onboarding
Coordinate with VIP client services to facilitate the development of organic client development activities
Provide ongoing feedback from the field to ensure continuous improvement of our products, services and marketing
Plan and organise events, including conferences and sports sponsorships
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and persuade
Two years of experience in the financial services industry
Preferred experience in sales and client relationship development
Knowledge of brokerage, forex and derivatives products and services
Proven track record to design and implement a focused and efficient sales development strategy
Strong ability to think in terms of client experience
Effective in coaching team members and colleagues to develop their sales skills
Fluent in English. Additional languages spoken in Luxembourg are a strong advantage
Results-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
