Our Corporate department advises major domestic and international companies, and private equity houses on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions.

Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer - German speaker (M / F)
Permanent contract (CDI)
What will you do?
As a member of our Corporate team, you will work on different deals or intra-group measures like :
Merger and Acquisitions
Private equity transactions
Reorganisation as well as restructuring
Real estate transactions
Intra-group and extra-group financing
Joint Venture transactions
Financing of debt portfolio acquisitions
What do you need to succeed?
You have over 2-3 years' experience in the transactional Corporate area ideally gained within a large international law firm in Luxembourg;
You successfully passed an academic degree in law. The title "Avocat à la Cour" as well as an additional degree (such as an LL.M) would be an asset;
You are fluent in German, English and French. Any additional language skills (particularly in Luxembourgish) would be considered as an asset;
You are proactive, are both a team player and a team leader and are able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills;
You have excellent client management skills and are experienced in team management.
