We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is an opportunity for a driven individual to utilise their technical, analytical, and project management skills to deliver solid supply chain analysis and reporting.
Supply Chain has been identified as a critical function for BMI and a transformation programme is underway. As part of this, a Centre of Excellence has been established in Luxembourg, where this role will be based.
Data collection from multiple sources
Use data mining techniques to identify gaps / risks in the supply chain
Perform in depth analysis to identify opportunities to reduce cost and highlight planning improvements (Production, Inventory levels).
Develop tools to monitor cost across the Supply Chain.
Support the reduction of inventory levels through inventory targets, reporting and procedures implementation.
Support Supply chain performance monitoring through process performance KPIs definition and development (OTIF, inventory, production).
Root cause analysis and problem solving activities.
Participation in the development of Transportation and Warehousing Strategy
Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective systems
Supply Chain budget administration (ex - Consolidating reports, coordination, etc.)
The skills & qualifications we would be looking for :
Previous experience in Supply Chain process management (3 to 5 years required)
Finance and Business acumen
Proven process improvement skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in SAP and / or other Planning / MRP.
Strong experience performing statistical analysis in a business environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially excess. VBA or SQL is a plus
Previously worked in an international team
Analytical mind and commercial thinker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, good proficiency in any other European language would be a plus
BSc / BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
