CORPORATE LEGAL OFFICER (M / F)
THE JOB :
On behalf of a prestigious Private Equity Firm, DO Recruitment Advisors is looking for a Corporate Legal Officer. In the context of a strong development of its business our client wishes to further strengthen its Luxembourg team in charge of the corporate administration of its Luxembourg vehicles.
They are currently looking for a qualified lawyer with a degree in law and experience in the corporate administration of Luxembourg entities to join a small legal team.
The Corporate Legal Officer will work closely within the legal team in Luxembourg and under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and the Partner in charge of Legal.
The main responsibilities :
Taking part to the organization of Board and Shareholders meetings and drafting minutes;
Drafting a wide range of standard corporate documents and liaise with external advisors when needed;
Follow up and ensure proper filing of various legal documents;
Accomplishment of various formalities related to corporate law;
Assistance to various corporate transactions from incorporations to liquidations of holding structures;
Legal support to other Antin teams (legal teams from other offices, investment teams, and investors' relation teams on various topics (deal transactions, investors' requests, KYC procedures, financing );
Close interaction with accounting teams on legal matters;
Liaison with third parties on all legal aspects (auditors, lawyers, ).
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Master Degree in law;
3-5 years' experience within a law firm or a corporate service provider in a comparable position;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Candidate must have an excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and writing);
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office;
Ability to build and develop relationships with internal / external stakeholders;
Good attention to detail and reaching high-level quality standards is your main goal (mandatory);
Well organized, autonomous, solution driven and proactive;
You are curious, work with flexibility and are a strong team player.
