We are looking for a Key Account Relationship Manager to handle the German & Swiss markets from Luxembourg.
As a Customer Relationship Manager for Key Accounts, you are responsible for integrating new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships and selling additional services.
To do this, you develop action plans with your customers and successfully launch new projects, you constantly analyze their needs, identify new opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
You are also a support for your customers in the use of products and services sold by the company.
It is important to maintain a strong relationship with your customer portfolio and to ensure their satisfaction.
You have a substantial experience in the media sector, in a communication / public relations agency or in a company specialized in marketing or communications.
You are native German and fluent in English.
You are recognized for your excellent written and verbal communication and are able to adapt your speech and behavior to your interlocutors.
You are skilled in business development and customer relationship, determined and passionate about digital.
