Business Development Executive / Manager FinTech Operator CCA107 Do you have the energy, drive and natural sales skills to spearhead the launch of an amazing tech system into the Luxembourgish market?

Really great (exclusive) opportunity that we’re pleased share : electronic money institution with a sizeable European footprint and a substantial capacity to continue their expansion who have been establishing a full-

suite Luxembourg operation since the latter end of 2018.

This is a highly entrepreneurial organisation where the founders play a full and visible role in the development of the business, that said this is not a start-

up, the organisation is already the no1 market leader in the country of founding, where it has already c.half-million consumers.

An IPO is highly likely in the near term ..

Having recently secured a number of their key strategic hires, we are now mandated to identify their local business development manager.

Being at the genesis of their operation this will be a full and challenging opportunity with massive potential for the successful candidate to have a high-profile in the organisation.

The Opportunity : Having already achieved a sizeable market share in their home market, they are now launching their solution to the Luxembourg market and have the ambition to achieve high-

levels of visibility in the coming months / years.

Whilst the technical, administration and Governance functions of the business are now well established, this is the first mandate to be hired locally within a sales / commercial capacity.

  • The role is envisaged to grow exponentially, will likely have a team management responsibly and a potential scope that is enormous! The role not exhaustive : Working directly with the Chief International Development Officer to establish and grow the business into the market leader in the country this will require both direct B2B sales and other forms of promotional activities;
  • It is envisaged that you will have direct responsibility for the performance of your team and the main growth KPIs; You will create a growth environment from day 1, empowering the team to help you develop the business;
  • You will be mandated to open new doors; strike new strategic relationships with retailers and banking organizations; Hiring, training and coaching a high-

  • performance team; It is conceived that this role may evolve to country head in essence you will be the owner of the product’ from day 1;
  • The Profile : You will be / have : The passion, expertise and desire to own your mandate; you will seek the opportunity to standout and to add-

    value Dynamic, hands-on and will lead by example Will seek visibility and want to get your hands dirty’ Ideally be tech business and digital business savvy You will have solid IT and business administration skills Fluent in French and English, German is a plus Available to travel internationally Naturally Energetic -
