Your Role

  • Provide first and / or second line support and answer questions of end-users regarding the use of ICT products
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications
  • Assist our users with any IT related incident
  • Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to our users as soon as possible
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware, including printers, copiers and scanners
  • Maintain a first class level of customer services ensuring that all users are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
  • Maintain stable, reliable and effective databases
  • Provide data management support to users
  • Your Profile

    Ability to handle Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products and operational standards software

    Knowledge of IT hardware, networking and peripherals

    ITIL methodology knowledge is considered as an asset

    Knowledge in database management like Domino and Lotus Notes are considered as an asset

    Excellent analytical and organization skills

    Strong communication skills, presenting technical issues to end users and a problem-solving attitude

    Very good verbal and written communication skills in French and English, any other additional language will be considered as an asset
