Job description

  • Provide users support and technical issue resolution via phone on Windows 7, Office, Outlook and internal applications
  • Maintain a high degree of service for all support queries
  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • Profil

  • A first experience in helpdesk support is required
  • You ideally have a degree in IT
  • You are stress-resistant
  • You like working in a team
  • You speak French, English & Luxembourgish
  • Understanding of ITIL principles is a plus
