The PMO Manager is part of the Managed Services and PMO team and will report to the CIO. This

role is accountable for producing robust and consistent quality reporting for programs and projects

delivered by the Digital Factory and other transformation and change initiatives.

You are an experienced professional with a proven ability in supporting successful PMO's and

demonstrated an extensive history of contributing alongside senior executives to ensure robust

project planning, progress reporting, and process governance on mission critical IT programs and

projects. Your key responsibilities

Facilitate and coordinate the efforts of senior leadership toward the establishment of the project

portfolio definition, its structure and processes. This includes :

Demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs

Portfolio categories and criteria

Evaluation, selection and prioritization

Execution, tracking and measuring the achieved results

Conduct regular meetings with many stakeholders. Inform them of any issues with the performance

of individual projects within the portfolio. Confirm that the use of resources and funding is on plan,

and highlight any variances via weekly PMO meetings with Project Managers.

Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting about the project

portfolios, their contents and the performance of individual initiatives to stakeholder and governance

council(s), the steering committee and senior executives.

Direct the creation and maintenance of the required portfolio documentation and artifacts.

Support and advise executives on actions required to balance the portfolio of existing assets and

services. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have

Demonstrated ability to track record of successfully delivering PMO services

Proven ability to stand up and manage PMOs for traditional and agile run

projects / programs / portfolios

Experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda

Experience across Project, Program and Portfolio levels of PMO.

High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success

Natural team building skills and demonstrated leadership experience Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in managing or working with offshore delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels (internal and external)
