Job description : Your team FundPartner Solutions (Europe) ("FPS Europe"), a Pictet Group company set up in January 2012, offers its clients a first-rate fund administration service and, in anticipating future regulatory challenges, positions itself as a management company dedicated to third-party fund clients.

FPS Europe is a Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM management company subject to Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as well as the Law of 12 July 2013.

FPS Europe covers all the tasks related to fund administration, including fund accounting and NAV calculation, risk management, transfer agent, distribution and domiciliary services, together with investment controlling and a Director's Office.

In doing so, it offers the entire range of services related to aspects of risk, governance and regulations.

Today, FPS Europe employs around 100 staff in Luxembourg and is seeking to recruit a :

Senior Funds Controller Your role The Senior Fund Controller is part of the Funds Accounting team. His main duty is to carry-out a second-level analysis of NAV exceptions, based on data provided by the custodian bank.

The senior funds accountants are in charge of producing NAVs. They also involved in the training of junior staff members.

  • Process the NAV calculation in accordance with the production planning and in compliance with the Unit’s processes and procedures
  • Analyse and address NAV exceptions. Carry out 2nd level control on NAVs calculated by other accountants
  • Prepare share class hedging instructions, control FX hedging
  • Handle ad hoc queries from clients (internal and external)
  • Ensure compliance with the procedures and processes of the Unit
  • Contribute to the improvement of the procedures in place and to the development of automation
  • Your profile

  • Experience in funds accounting (on Multifonds a plus)
  • Good knowledge of financial products and their valuation
  • Knowledge of foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques
  • Broad vision of fund administration
  • Fluent in English and professional in French
