Trust Manager / Senior Trust Officer - Private Equity Funds Our client, a leader within alternative investment space is growing a new team due to new projects and business within their private equity departments.
They are looking for experienced Corporate Officers (mid-senior level), either managing clients, supervising junior staff, or looking to take the step up in their career, to an Assistant Manager level within the corporate governance and trust space.
You will be joining a dynamic team of individuals who have a wealth of experience in many areas and are great at sharing knowledge.
As it's all-new projects you'll really be able to gain extra responsibility as well as grow and progress further up the ladder as organic growth is a key factor for the business.
You'll be working with other offices across Europe so lots of diversity in the office and clients for you to work with.
The office appreciate flexible working, try and do social meals in the office, and make it an even better place to work! The Role You'll be leading a team of juniors and handling a portfolio of clients focusing within Private Equity funds so this involves : -
Legal and administrative day-to-day management - Managing client portfolios are in good legal and fiscal order. - Growing a team of corporate officers -
Reporting to Head of Departments in Luxembourg and Europe As the company focus within AIF, you'll also get involved with clients in real estate and debt depending on business needs, but a great opportunity to increase your exposure.
Profile Have a real passion for what they do and why they do it within the fund and asset management industry or corporate governance.
Experience in fund life cycles and client management.
Want to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge others.
Has 2-5 years of working experience, at least 2 years in Luxembourg with international experience is considered.
Are fluent in English, written and spoken.
