Your tasks

  • You cooperate with management teams to continuously adapt the learning and development offer to business needs
  • You develop the learning and development offer by selecting effective and innovative learning tools, programs or assessment solutions in collaboration with internal clients or external suppliers
  • You provide effective solutions in order to ensure progression of employees towards future roles
  • You promote the learning and development offer by managing and implementing existing or new functionalities in our learning management system and using other communication channels
  • You ensure a regular follow-up and assess the effectiveness of learning and development materials by using methodologies that lead to tangible and measurable results
  • You participate to set and drive the learning and development strategy within the Encevo Group
  • You are the point of contact regarding learnings and you provide support to any questions relative to the training offer and support
  • You develop and maintain the internal policies and processes
  • You establish learning reporting and statistical data based on the learning and development offer
  • Your profile

  • You hold a Master or equivalent in Human Resources, Law / Legal or any related field
  • You have minimum 5 years work experience in a similar function
  • Communication, talent management and IT skills are your strengths
  • Team spirit, customer focus and innovation characterize you
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English. A good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
