Role and responsibilities
You translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans to deliver digital campaigns that increase engagement and conversion.
You work across marketing functions to coordinate multi-channel initiatives to measure, optimize, scale, and personalize our brand positioning and demand generation programs using automation, technology and data.
You collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team Lead and business sector links to implement robust, end-to-end scoring, management and nurturing systems, and improve visibility of marketing influenced pipeline and revenue.
You regularly analyze and report channel performance metrics to various stakeholders.
You use data analysis for executive level storytelling around key marketing campaign results, impact and recommendations for future action and investment.
You assist to build a comprehensive view of the client journey.
You will work closely with CRM, Social, and Email functions to implement digital strategies, industry trends and best practices in analytics.
You will spearhead SEA / SMA programs for key campaigns and services
You are accountable for the full Marketing tech stack, including an innovation roadmap, training and change management.
The ideal candidate
Bachelor or Masters in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Data Analytics, or other related field preferred.
3 years minimum, 5+ years preferred experience in digital marketing and / or data analytics.
Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar), data visualizations tools (PowerBI, Tableau), social media and CMS software (Talkwalker, Meltwater, HubSpot, Moz,Wordpress or similar) and e-marketing tools (Vuture, Marketo, Pardot or similar).

Fluent in English French or German would be an asset.
