Our internal Facilities department is looking for his / her new Facilities officer as from now. This multitasking role includes administrative support to different teams as well as a great exposure to KPMG employees.

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

As Facilities officer, you will :

  • Be in charge of car lease contracts
  • Assist in drafting and implementation of procedures & policies
  • Manage building project planning
  • Be responsible for the invoicing follow-up
  • Assist in staff weekly planning
  • Participate to ad-hoc projects
  • The perfect candidate

  • Technical degree in business administration, management assistance
  • First experience in an administrative role
  • Fluency in English, French or German are an asset
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Capable of managing several projects at once
  • Good contact with people and client orientation
