The Project Manager - Operations is responsible to actively drive the Medical transformation with a specific focus on developing global operational capacity for Medical products.
Reporting to the End-to-End (E2E) Transformation Leader, the Project Manager with work with Business Transformation Leaders, Operations Leadership and the Digital Services Team Members to properly define transformation requirements and deploy new capabilities to meet Husky’s lead-time targets and strengthen our competitive advantage.
The successful candidate for this role will be strong team player who is driven, goal oriented and knows how to successfully work with others to get results.
When presented with a challenge, you can see the big picture and identify the critical actions for transformation.
This position is a temporary assignment for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with E2E lead and the cross-functional Medical team to define future state processes to meet speed and quality goals
Map current state process and identify transformation requirements to achieve future state
Gather and document business requirements for new technical capabilities and process transformation
Accountable for the project management and execution of the transformation plan including the prioritization of activities
Accountable for the deployment of new capabilities and processes
Support the definition, development, industrialization and roll-out of KPIs
Support team members capability development by identifying and scoping training requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or related field
Cross-functional business experience
