THE ROLE One of our strategic objectives is to develop our National Networks. To achieve this, we need to simplify and accelerate our network planning and investment committee processes.
This role will work on several key projects that will help us achieve these goals. It’s important to emphasise you will work in a very small team with limited supervision and enjoy a lot of independence.
A lot of flexibility is required due to the ad-hoc nature of this role, as the work required keeps changing and will move in multiple directions at once.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing submissions for the Investment Committee (IC) : Building cashflow models for new centre openings across our global networkLiaising with Country Managers and Development Directors globallyPreparing and updating Investment Cases and formulating recommendations for the Investment CommitteeManaging and updating all IC templates on a regular basis and providing training to all Country Managers and Development Directors worldwide as required Ad-
hoc project work for the CIO, CFO, CEO and other Senior Exec’s to evaluate business performance : Creating databases and analysing data that supports our growth ambitions and investment decisionsProvide financial information that will support IWG in negotiations with landlords Comparing actual returns versus forecastsCreating and updating pipeline trackers and other regular reports Benchmarking IWG performance against competitorsPreparing financial models to analyse the projected returns of investment decisions REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience at Analyst level, developing and presenting data analytics in the following areas :
