Amazon is seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Program Manager, Candidate Experience as part of the Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) Centre of Excellence team within EMEA Operations and Customer Services Talent Acquisition (TA).

The role is permanent full time position, based from either London or Luxembourg.

Within Talent Acquisition, the role of the Senior Program Manager for Candidate Experience will see the successful individual develop, implement and analyse a breadth of dedicated candidate experience programs and initiatives across EMEA.

Shaping the future landscape for candidate experience, EMEA TA aims to improve the lives of our candidates at every stage of the recruiting process.

By putting ourselves in the shoes of our candidates (customers) TA will create positive lifetime memories that deliver a seamless, engaging, insightful and inclusive interview experience, every time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyse EMEA wide candidate feedback, providing key insights and trends to help define future programs of work
  • Act as an advocate for the voice of the candidate ensuring the candidate voice is both heard and actioned
  • Scope, develop and execute key programs of work, including the development of a newly created Candidate Support Services team
  • Analyse key candidate insights providing business stakeholders (within both TA and Operations) with key actions to support their role in improving overall candidate experience
  • Develop new tools, processes and mechanisms to support recruiting delivery, increasing organisational productivity and efficiency whilst delighting candidates at scale
  • MBA of MA
  • Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Process Improvement methodologies
  • Additional European language (German preferred)
  • Recruitment and / or Customer Services experience
