Project Hire Position for approximately 12-18 months.


  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in Quality management systems implementation, audit, analysis and improvement

  • Construction site experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills

    Excellent organisational and communication skills


  • Practical experience and knowledge of :
  • National and international manufacturing codes and specifications

  • Destructive and non-destructive testing methods;Manufacturing techniques and processes;
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control specifications, systems and practices;
  • Successful completion of ISO9001 : 2015 Lead Assessor training course


    Develop specific goals and prioritize, organize and accomplish QA / QC activities.

    Determine and establish the quality policy and objectives, preparing and implementing the quality plan, the QA / QC audit plan and QA / QC procedures.

    Provide Project specifications and technical guidance to Contractors / Sub-contractor / Vendors / Manufacturers / Suppliers for preparation of QA / QC procedures.

    Review and approve all QA / QC procedures from Contractors / Sub-contractors

    Organize, manage and coordinate QA / QC activities with Contractors / Sub-contractors.

    Coordinate QA / QC activities with Luxembourg Certifying Authorities, Luxcontrol

    Coordinate QA / QC activities with KBR Notified Inspection Body (NoBo), Apragaz for PED requirements

    Create, execute and lead quality audits during the fabrication and construction process, raising where necessary appropriate corrective action requests and follow up with effective re-audit and close out.

    Develop, establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) including Quality Plan, Surveillance Plan and procedures to ensure that the project focuses on planning, control and improvement of activities.

    Stimulate quality awareness and implications with all project employees and striving for continual improvement of the implemented QMS.

    Define required QA / QC resources needed during various phases of project progress

    Report to Project Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement and intended resolutions that is identified and need to be resolved, including suggestions for resolution.

    Review quality requirements for contracts and bids QA / QC evaluation.

    Participate in Contractor Kick off meetings (KoM’s)

    Convene Pre-Inspection meetings with Contractors / subcontractors

    Convene QA & QC meetings with Contractor(s) on a regular basis to discuss quality matters as necessary.

    Review key Contractors, Sub-Contractor, Inspection & Test Plans to include COMPANY surveillance (hold, witness & review) of key activities including inspection and testing to verify compliance to the requirements independently.

    Ensure appropriate quality control procedures are in place for final documentation and as-built drawings.

    Handover all Project final documentations to Operation Team upon Mechanical Completion.
