The Institute in Luxembourg conducts high profile research in the areas of European law of civil procedure, international litigation and arbitration and dispute resolution in the financial markets.
The Department of European and Comparative Procedural Law of the Max Planck Institute in Luxembourg recruits :
1 Student assistant (m / f)
The Max Planck Institute is currently working on a project co-funded by the European Commission (the so-called IC2BE project), together with some renowned European Universities.
European Enforcement Order Regulation; European Order for Payment Regulation; European Account Preservation Order Regulation) related to the recovery of transnational debt from the perspective of different Member States.
At the Max Planck Institute, we are in charge of assessing the situation in Luxembourg and France. In order to achieve this objective, we need to collect jurisprudence from the European Court of Justice and national courts related to the above-
organize workshops; write reports, among other tasks. We are looking for a student assistant to support in the project. In this role, he / she will assist with several of the above-
upload case law summaries to the database of the IC2B Project; assistance in preparing the reports.
The place of work will be at the Weicker building, Kirchberg (next to Auchan); working hours will be during office hours.
