Chief KYC / AML Officer (F / M) Your Profile : You have an university degree in law, an additionalqualification in compliance will be an asset, You have a minimum of5 years of experience in KYC / AML in Luxembourg, You areautonomous and have excellent communication skills, You have strongorganization skills and you pay attention to detail, You havestrong analytical and problem-solving skills, You have excellentcommunication skills, You are fluent in French and English.
Your Responsibilities : Set up of compliance monitoring plans,Inform regularly the lawyers on compliance changes, provide adviceand training, Identify and inform the lawyers of any changes tolegislation and other regulatory requirements relating to AML, Bethe main interlocutor of our lawyers for all KYC process, Improveour monitoring and analyze of suspicious activity, Collect theinformation necessary to comply with the local complianceregulations, keep the various registers and reports up to date,Assess the existing and new clients for suspicious activity,Organize training for new members and staff, Manage relationshipswith the regulatory and enforcement authorities, Provide relevantAML compliance reporting to the management and liaise with them todevelop relevant strategies, Be in charge of the data protection.
