We are currently looking for an IT Outsourcing Director to join our IT Services Department.
ABOUT THE JOB
The IT Outsourcing Director is part of the IT Services Department, which supports the daily operations of the bank’s production environment, including project implementation, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and IT Outsourcing Management.
The IT Outsourcing Director will have the strategic and operational responsibility for the following activities :
Communicate with Project and Business Engineering teams to understand business and service requirements
Define service level agreements with providers and communicate with IT Services and DevOps
Monitor and maintain quality of delivered services and develop improvement plans as required
Build and maintain provider relationships and keep a market overview of existing service providers
Define, together with the Architect, RFP checklists and parameters for outsourcing provider selection, including IT risk assessment and mitigation plans
Manage invoicing using the internal accounting software and ensure budget follow-up
Work with the existing teams to develop service and process improvement and alignment plans
Mentor and influence team members in terms of service management mindset development and processes
