The Employer Branding Specialist is accountable for the development and deployment of KPMG's Employer Brand Strategy, as well as for the further development and implementation of derived marketing measures.
He / she will support the Employer Branding team in making effective decisions by gathering, organizing, managing, and delivering relevant data with the aim to support a decision.
Employer Branding & Communication
Define the Employer Branding strategy together with the Employer Branding Team Leader
Develop various activities designated to the Public to raise company's profile and image on labor market / market.
Develop the social media strategy and professionally represent KPMG in relevant channels (e.g. job fairs, online, ...)
Build a Social Media presence to inspire and include current and future employees as part of the Employer Branding strategy deployment
Be in charge of the external People communication through various communication channels (social networks, external KPMG career website, Intranet...)
Collaborate with Marketing and Knowledge Management teams to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.
g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Be a brand champion, working to ensure whatever the officer does protects and promotes the global / local KPMG brand
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Develop and maintain the partnerships with universities and schools in Europe
Market Benchmark & Analytics
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Use data and testing to optimize and improve content and design for campus marketing programs and campaigns.
Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different Employer Branding Social Media campaigns
Establish a workflow process for intake, tracking, and managing creative and content requests that meets both designer and stakeholder needs.
Contribute to the organization of People events in line with the Employer Branding strategy, Together with the People Event Coordinator
Actively participate to the preparation of job fairs, including prior communication with the organizations
Plan and guide the employees participating to the events conjointly with the Talent Business Partner.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or Master degree with preference for marketing, communication, Journalism, arts / humanities, business development or other creative as well as strategic fields with relevant experience
2 to 4 years of experience across Employer Branding, Marketing and Communication, HR, previous experience in business strategy and employee engagement / experience campaigns.
Very good skills in English. French and / or German are an asset
Strong relationship / networking skills, including the ability to find and tell a compelling story to internal stakeholders as well as the ability to communicate highly technical concepts in a relatable and understandable way to an internal audience
Ability to lead complex projects with successful programs / project management and process orientation
Excellent knowledge of Social Media and social platforms
Experience developing and executing successful internal communications campaigns
Ability to analyze key business drivers / metrics to develop and deliver solutions
Deep understanding and appreciation of the application different channels & tools
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications, Strong Appetite for new IT and System tools
Ability to provide counsel to variety of stakeholders (internal teams / senior management / leadership)
